摘要
本文基于收集的基础测绘数据、地理国情普查数据、全国第二次土地调查数据、DEM数据等,提取精准扶贫监测指标要素,构建精准扶贫监测数据库,采用核密度分析、欧式距离分析、吸引力分析等方法,计算十八洞村交通网络密度指标值和基础设施服务能力指标值,利用归一化和综合加权求和方法,计算得到十八洞村公共服务能力评价指数,用于反映十八洞村开展一系列扶贫专项工程后各个村寨的受益程度。
In this paper, the indicators of accurate poverty alleviation monitoring indicators are extracted, and the precision poverty alleviation monitoring database is constructed, based on the collected basic surveying and mapping data, geographic survey data, the second national land survey data, DEM data, etc. Using nuclear density analysis, Euclidean distance analysis, and attractiveness analysis, the values of the traffic density index and the infrastructure service capability index of the Shibadong village are calculated. Using the normalization and comprehensive weighted summation method, the Shibadong village public service capacity evaluation index is calculated. The calculation results are used to reflect the degree of benefit of each village after a series of poverty alleviation projects in 18-hole village.
