摘要
现代的工匠精神是指人们在从事劳动的过程中,不断地精益求精乃至于追求极致,以实现近乎完美的创造性成果的精神理念。"工匠精神"是中国制造转型的重要精神动力之一,也是高等职业院校职业人才培养的重要内容之一。本文以电子信息学院为例,通过问卷调查,发现学生在"工匠精神认知"、"知行合一精神"、"精益求精精神"、"创新创造精神"四个方面存在着一些尚需引导与加强之处。本文结合调查状况以及高等职业教育的实践情况,从"如何深化学生对于工匠精神的认识"、如何培养学生的"知行合一精神、精益求精精神、创新创造精神"四个方面探讨高等职业学校学生工匠精神的培育。
Modern craftsman spirit is a spiritual concept which encourages people to keep improving their work and pursue perfection. It's also an important content in the cultivation of professional talents of vocational colleges. Taking Anhui Vocational College of Electronics and Information Technology as an example and based on a questionnaire, this research found out that the students do need some guidance in craftsman spirit. Therefore, suggestions to cultivate higher vocational college students' craftsman spirit are out forward in four aspects.
