董仲舒限田思想的影响初探

Influences of Dong Zhongshu's Idea of Limiting the Amount of Private Land

董仲舒限田思想,在汉武帝时代虽未曾发挥作用,但直接影响了汉哀帝时的限田限奴议、王莽改制时的王田制,转化成为政策法令。虽然以失败告终,但土地兼并现象仍然存在,董仲舒限田思想,依然有着旺盛的生命活力,影响了北魏、北齐、隋唐的均田制,取得了丰硕成果。宋代以来,地主经济实力壮大,土地兼并现象严重,赋税征收形式改变,董仲舒限田思想影响了一些学者、官员,继续发展限田思想,不断提出限田方案等,反映了土地兼并的社会存在,体现着董仲舒限田思想的影响。

Although Dong Zhongshu’s idea of limiting the amount of private land did not play any role at the period of Emperor Wudi of the Han Dynasty,it directly influenced the transformation of the motion of limiting the amount of private land and the number of slaves at that period,and the Wang Tian System at the period when Wang Mang reformed the system into policies and ordinances.Although it ended up with failure,the phenomenon of land annexation still existed,and Dong Zhongshu’s idea of limiting the amount of private land was still full of vigor and vitality,which influenced the equal land system at the periods of Beiwei,Beiqi and Suitang,and achieved fruitful results.Since Song Dynasty,with the landlords’economic strength growing,the phenomenon of land annexation was serious and the forms of tax collection changed.Some scholars and officials who were influenced by Dong Zhongshu’s idea of limiting the amount of private land developed this idea and continuously put forward the plan of limiting the amount of private land,which reflected the social existence of land annexation and the influences of Dong Zhongshu’s idea of limiting the amount of private land.
