摘要
在"大数据时代"的背景下,针对海事信息化发展的进程当中累积的大量业务数据以及管理数据,文中将以海事规费的业务及内部管理数据为基础,结合GIS-T、Tableau等时空数据分析和展现的信息化手段,构建水运量时空数据模型。通过该模型的构建,对看似离散、没有关联的海事时空数据加工提炼,运用各分析挖掘方法进行描述性以及预测性数据挖掘,产生对水运行业具有一定价值的水运量信息资源,从而对内更好地把握水运特点以及发展规律,促进智慧型海事的发展;对外为航运行业提供相关的航运服务预测,更好地满足社会功能服务。
Under the background of "Big Data Era", in view of the huge maritime affairs data and management data accumulated in the process of maritime IT development, a model of spatio-temporal data on waterway transportation volume is set up facilitated by such IT means of spatio-temporal data analysis and display as GIS-T and Tableau. By virtue of such a model, the seemingly discrete and unrelated spatio-temporal data can be processed and refined and significant waterway transportation volume information is obtained through descriptive data mining and predictive data mining using various mining methods, thus grasping the characteristics and development rules of waterway transportation and promoting the development of intelligent maritime and service-oriented MSA.
