我国校园欺凌问题的现状、成因及防治——基于两次校园欺凌论坛的会议综述

The Status,Causes and Prevention of the School Bullying in China——the Summary of Two Conferences on School Bullying

近年来,恶性校园欺凌事件频发,校园欺凌问题得到了各方的关注。2018年底,上海社会科学院联合最高人民检察院、上海市妇女儿童工作委员会等众多单位,举办了两场关于我国校园欺凌现状、成因和防治的论坛。就欺凌发生原因而言,多数参会者认为:个人、家庭、社会、网络、同辈群体等因素围绕在未成年人的生活环境中,对校园欺凌的发生具有共同作用。就校园欺凌的防治而言,与会学者提出了建立联合联动机制、建立发现报告制度、强化学生参与的力度和深度、加强专业力量的参与等建议,以防治我国的校园欺凌问题。

Because of the frequency happening of school bullying,it has attracted many attentions these years.With the cooperation of ShanghaiWomen and Children Working Committee and Supreme People's Procuratorate,Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences hasheld two forums on school bullying at the end of 2018.In terms of the cause of school bullying,most participants believe that,individual,family,community,internet,peer group have a common effect on the occurrence of school bullying.In terms of the prevention of school bullying,most participants believe that,establishing a joint linkage mechanism and discovery reporting system,calling for the students’participation,strengthening the participation of professional are good ways for preventing the school bullying.
