铸造凝固过程建模仿真与编程实践教学

摘要 为了加强材料成型及控制工程专业学生对建模仿真理论的认识,提高数值仿真技术的应用能力,基于有限差分方法,使用VB 6.0编程语言开发了铸造凝固过程数值仿真教学程序,并以该程序为平台开展材料成型及控制工程专业的凝固过程建模仿真与编程实践教学。该程序聚焦于二维温度场变化并提供了大量可设置的参数和选项,学生可以对多种材料和凝固情况进行模拟,根据模拟结果可以对热节、缺陷等情况进行初步判断。学生在使用该程序进行模拟实验后,还可以通过编程针对性地对程序模块进行优化或替换。该平台交互性强、数据输出方式多样,既可以结合课堂理论教学使用,也可供学生自主探索实践。 In order to strengthen the knowledge of modeling simulation theory for students of material forming and control engineering, and to improve the application capability of numerical simulation techniques, a numerical simulation teaching program for the solidif ication process of castings was developed using the VB 6.0 programming language and the program was used as a platform. The numerical simulation and programming practice teaching of the solidification process in materials forming and control engineering are carried out. The program focuses on the two-dimensional temperature f ield changes and provides a large number of parameters and options that can be set. Students can simulate a variety of materials and solidification conditions. Based on the simulation results, preliminary determinations of hot spots, defects, etc. can be made. After students use this program to perform simulation experiments, they can also programmatically optimize or replace program modules. The platform has strong interaction and diverse data output methods. It can be combined with classroom theory teaching and can also be used for students to explore and practice independently.
