摘要
采用有限元分析方法计算出主机座的极限强度以及把合螺栓的受力,主机座为风力发电机的主要结构部件,其承受叶片传递的气动载荷所引起的力和力矩,该载荷为交变载荷,本文只计算极限载荷所引起的应力,并考虑了主轴承滚珠分布及螺栓预紧力的影响。
The f inite element method is used to calculate the ultimate strength of the main frame and the force on the bolts.The main frame is the main structural component of the wind turbine.It bears the force and moment caused by the aerodynamic load transmitted by the blades.The load is an alternating load.This paper only calculates the stress caused by the ultimate load,and considers the main structure.The distribution of bearing balls and the inf luence of bolt preload.
