高职院校机电专业现代学徒制个性化人才培养模式的研究

随着工业4.0时代到来,智能制造领域对于高技能创新型人才的需求日益迫切,笔者从高职院校机电专业现代学徒制校企共定人性化人才培养方案、校企共定学习内容、学徒企业成绩的评估、学徒考核几个方面进行分析及研究,为其他正在尝试"现代学徒制"高职院校的人才培养方式改革创新提供一定的借鉴。

With the arrival of the industry 4.0 era,the demand for highly skilled and innovative talents in the f ield of intelligent manufacturing is increasingly urgent.The author analyzes and studies several aspects of modern apprenticeship in mechanical and electrical specialty of higher vocational colleges,such as talent training program and learning content developed by schools and enterprises,the apprentice enterprise performance evaluation,and the apprentice assessment,which can provides some reference for other reforms and innovations of Modern apprenticeship talent training mode in other higher hocational colleges.
