摘要
本文依据JJG 455-2000工作测力仪检定规程,且对各不确定度分量主要来源进行分析与评定,再按粘结强度仪测量结果的数据模型对其合成不确定度进行评定,结合具体数据对各不确定度分量进行计算并得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。对照JG/T 507-2016行业规范及JJF 1094-2002测量仪器特性评定的要求进行符合性判定。数据表明:该粘结强度检测仪符合检定要求。
According to the verif ication regulation of JJG 455-2000 working dynamometers,this paper analyses and evaluates the main sources of uncertainty components,then evaluates the synthetic uncertainty according to the data model of sticking strength tester measurement results.Combined with the specific data,the uncertainties of each component are calculated,and the combined uncertainties and extended uncertainties are obtained.Comparing with JG/T 507-2016 industry standard and JJF 1094-2002 evaluation of the characteristice of measuring,the conformity was judged.The data show that sticking strength tester meets the verif ication requirements.
