摘要
食品安全关系到人民群众的切身利益,是社会健康发展的基本要求。针对当前食品安全领域风险量化方法不足的问题,文章给出了食品安全风险评估指标体系的层次结构,建立了基于熵权模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy-AHP)的食品安全风险评估模型,并根据农业统计年鉴、卫生统计年鉴、食品行业专业网站和新闻媒体等统计数据进行了实证分析,验证了该方法简单可行。
Food security relates to the overall development of an economic society and the benef it of people. To improve the existing risk analysis method, a new risk analysis method is proposed to evaluate risk based on the entropy weight and Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for food security. According to the relevant data from Chinese Statistical Year book, health statistics year book, food industry sites and news media are analyzed. The simulation result validated the method is feasible.
