摘要
针对某工厂加工QT-1塑料件存在的劳动强度大、效率低等问题,本文对加工过程及定位方式进行分析,对现有设备进行改造,添加了自动装置,主要由动力机构、送料机构、定位机构等组成。本文详细阐述了该装置的总体结构设计及工作原理,并对主要部件进行设计,该装置的使用可以大大缓解企业的人力需求压力,具有一定的应用价值。
In view of the labor intensity and low eff iciency of processing QT-1 plastic parts in a factory,this paper analyzes the processing and positioning methods,transforms the existing equipment,and adds automatic devices,mainly driven by the driving mechanism and feeding mechanism.Positioning mechanism and other components.In this paper,the overall structural design and working principle of the device are elaborated,and the main components are designed.The use of the device can greatly alleviate the pressure of manpower demand of the enterprise and has certain application value.
