摘要
碳纤维复合材料具有高的比强度、比模量、耐化学腐蚀性能,广泛的应用于航空航天等各领域,碳纤维复合材料在制孔过程中容易出现各种加工缺陷,影响制孔质量。本文主要对制孔过程中出现的分层、劈裂、毛刺及刀具磨损等问题进行了分析总结,并提出了一些改进建议。
Carbon f iber composites have high specif ic strength,specif ic modulus and chemical corrosion resistance,and are widely used in aerospace and other fields.In the process of hole drilling,the carbon fiber composites are prone to various processing defects,which affect the quality of hole drilling.This paper analyses and summarizes the problems of delamination,splitting,burr and tool wear in the process of hole drilling,and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.
