摘要
PA6系列柴油机是我国在70年代从法国热机协会引进生产许可证的柴油机,由国内自行生产,具有结构简单、维修方便等特点。主要包括6L、8L、12V、16V型机,其单缸功率为295kW,整机功率为1770~4720kW,广泛用于高速舰艇、陆用电站、核电应急电源和铁路牵引等。该系列柴油机在安装和拆卸减振器的过程中,经常出现减振器与曲轴锥孔配合面损伤的质量问题。结合该机型减振器结构特点,主要从减振器拆装操作过程着手,分析减振器锥孔配合面损伤的原因,并提出了相关应对措施,降低该问题发生的可能性。
PA6 series diesel engine is a kind of diesel engine which was introduced into China from the S.E.M.T of French in 1970s.It mainly includes 6L,8L,12V and 16V type machines,with a single cylinder power of 295kW and the whole engine power from 1770kW to 4720kW,widely used in high-speed ships,land power stations,nuclear power emergency power sources and railway traction.In the process of installing and disassembling the vibration damper,the quality problem of joint surface damage between vibration damper and crankshaft cone hole occurs.Combined with the structural features of the vibration damper of this model,this paper mainly starts from the dismounting and assembling process of the vibration damper,analyzes the causes of the matching surface damage of the cone hole of the vibration damper,and puts forward relevant control measures to reduce the possibility of this problem.
