基于区域经济服务的高职院校开展社会培训的探索

Exploration of Social Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Regional Economic Services

高职院校具有四大服务基本属性,一是服务于新农村建设,二是服务就业者素质,提升职业能力,三是培养社会劳动力和促进地方经济发展,四服务于经济结构调整和增长方式的转变,以推动我国社会经济发展和促进我国经济建设稳定展开。基于区域经济服务的高职院校,要着眼于当前区域经济发展的欠缺,结合学校师资力量展开社会培训工作,在社会培训中提高人才的职业能力和职业素养,为区域经济输送高技能人才。
