摘要 外泌体与骨性关节炎(OA)关系密切,参与OA多种生理及病理学过程。本文阐述外泌体在OA发展过程中的作用机制,综述间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞、软骨细胞等各类细胞所分泌的外泌体在OA发病进程尤其是骨代谢过程中的重要作用,同时对外泌体在OA治疗中的应用前景进行展望。 Exosome is closely related to osteoarthritis (OA) and participates in physiological and pathological processes of OA. In this passage, we discuss the action mechanism of exosome in the course of OA progression, review the important roles of exosomes secreted by all kinds of cells including mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, osteoclasts, chondrocytes etc. in OA development, especially during the process of bone metabolism. Meanwhile, we prospect the future application of exosome in field of OA therapy.
