中药经皮给药佐治活动期类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating active rheumatoid arthritis by TCM medicine transdermal

目的:观察中药经皮给药治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的58例类风湿关节炎患者按随机数字表分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。对照组给予西医常规治疗。治疗组给予西医常规治疗+中药经皮给药。观察两组患者疾病疗效、中医证候、部分实验室指标改善情况及对患者生活质量的影响。结果:治疗结束后,按照ACR20缓解标准,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。中医证候方面,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为50.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01),治疗组优于对照组。两组在改善实验室指标方面,治疗组ESR改善方面优于对照组(P <0.05),而两组RF比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:中药经皮给药具有清热利湿,通络止痛的作用,能够缓解活动期RA的临床症状、关节功能,改善患者生活质量。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine transdermal on active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 58 cases were divided into 2 groups. 28 cases in the control group was given conventional western medicine group;and 30 cases in the treatment group was given TCM medicine transdermal more. Results: The total efficiency was 96.7% in the treatment group, higher than 75.0% in the control group, P <0.05. The improvement of ESR index in the treatment group was better ( P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in RF between two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine transdermal on active rheumatoid arthritis shows a good effect, can improve quality of life and clinical symptoms.
