四神丸直肠给药配合推拿治疗小儿脾肾阳虚腹泻的临床研究

Clinical study on treating pediatric diarrhea of the Pishen Yangxu type by intrarectal of Sishen Wan plus massage

目的:探讨四神丸直肠给药配合推拿治疗小儿脾肾阳虚腹泻的临床疗效。方法:收集脾肾阳虚腹泻患儿78例。按随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,各39例。对照组采用内服四神丸治疗,治疗组采用四神丸直肠给药配合推拿治疗。观察两组的临床疗效和治疗前后中医症状、体征评分变化情况。结果:治疗组患者的治愈率、总显效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后中医症状、体征评分均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),但治疗组降低幅度明显大于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组治愈时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:四神丸保留灌肠的同时应用推拿手法治疗小儿脾肾阳虚腹泻,可有效降低患儿的中医症状、体征评分,缩短治愈时间,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of intrarectal of Sishen Wan (四神丸) plus massage on pediatric diarrhea of the Pishen Yangxu type (脾肾阳虚). Methods: 78 cases were divided into 2 groups, 39 cases in each. The control group was given oral Sishen Wan;and the treatment group was given intrarectal of Sishen Wan plus massage. Results: The cure rate and total efficiency in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptoms and physical signs scores in two groups were significantly lower ( P <0.05), and the treatment group decreased more, P <0.05. The healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Intrarectal of Sishen Wan plus massage on pediatric diarrhea of the Pishen Yangxu type show a good effect, can reduce the symptoms of Chinese medicine, physical scores, shorten the healing time, and is worthy of promotion.
