中药熏洗联合针灸对痔疮患者术后疼痛的影响评价

Efficacy of TCM fumigation plus acupuncture on postoperative pain in patients with acne

目的:探究中药熏洗联合针灸治疗痔疮患者术后疼痛的应用效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年10月的患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各50例患者,对照组采用止痛药物治疗,实验组患者采用中药熏洗联合针灸治疗,分别对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:对照组经治疗后的总有效率明显低于实验组患者,且实验组患者治疗后的疼痛症状评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用中药熏洗联合针灸对痔疮患者术后疼痛的状况进行治疗能够有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,减少患者术后的不良反应,提升患者的舒适程度,在医学临床领域具有一定的推广意义。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM fumigation plus acupuncture on postoperative pain in patients with acne. Methods: October 2015-October 2017, 100 cases were divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each. The control group was given painkiller after surgery;and the experimental group was given TCM fumigation plus acupuncture. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group;and the pain score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: TCM fumigation plus acupuncture on postoperative pain in patients with acne show a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
