养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛疗效观察

Effective observation on treating migraine with the Yangxue Qingnao granule

目的:分析养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛疗效观察。方法:收集本院2016年3月-2017年3月偏头痛患者共60例,根据电脑机选随机化分段将所有患者分为两组,其中研究组患者34例,采用养血清脑颗粒方式治疗;对照组患者26例,采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊方法。分析两组疼痛症状的缓解情况,比较VAS评分等指标。结果:研究组的临床总有效率为94.12%,比对照组的73.08%高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组治疗后的VAS评分比对照组的低,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组治疗后的疼痛持续时间比对照组短,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在对偏头痛患者进行治疗过程中,运用养血清脑颗粒的效果要优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,能够帮助患者缓解症状,提升偏头痛治疗效果,缩短头痛持续时间,建议采纳。

Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effects of the Yangxue Qingnao granule (养血清脑颗粒) on migraine. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the computerized randomized segment. 34 patients in the study group were treated with the Yangxue Qingnao granule;26 patients in the control group used flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The relief of pain symptoms in two groups was analyzed, and the VAS scores and other indicators were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the study group was 94.12%, higher than 73.08% in the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The VAS scores in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The duration of pain after treatment in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of migraine patients, the effect of the Yangxue Qingnao granule is better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule, which can help patients relieve symptoms, improve migraine treatment effect, shorten headache duration, and recommend adoption.
