自拟活血定悸汤治疗心血瘀阻型高血压伴房性早搏的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating hypertension of Xinxue Yuzu type and ventricular premature beat with the Huoxue Dingji decoction

目的:观察并分析自拟活血定悸汤治疗心血瘀阻型高血压伴房性早搏的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的65例心血瘀阻型高血压伴房性早搏患者,采用随机数字表法均分为治疗组(n=33)及对照组(n=32)。治疗组给予自拟活血定悸汤治疗;对照组给予普罗帕酮治疗。对比观察两组患者中医证候疗效及房室早搏治疗效果。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组患者中医证候疗效优于对照组,房室早搏改善情况亦明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:自拟活血定悸汤治疗心血瘀阻型高血压伴房性早搏效果显著,可有效缓解患者中医证候,且具有抗心律失常作用,值得广泛推广。

Objective: To observe and analyze clinical effects of the Huoxue Dingji decoction (自拟活血定悸汤) on hypertension of Xinxue Yuzu type (心血瘀阻型) and ventricular premature beat. Methods: 65 patients were randomly divided into the observation group (33 cases) and the control group (32 cases). The observation group was treated with the Huoxue Dingji decoction;and the control group was treated with propafenone. The TCM syndrome and efficacy in two groups were compared. Results: With treatment for 2weeks, the therapeutic effect on TCM syndrome in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The improvement of ventricular premature beat in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Huoxue Dingji decoction is effective, can alleviate TCM syndrome and against arrhythmia, and is worthy of promotion.
