品管圈运用于提高首台手术准时开台率

摘要 目的:探析品管圈在提高首台手术准时开台率中的应用情况。方法:选取2016年11-12月未实施品管圈干扰在我院手术室内实施的568例首台手术看作对照组,另选取2017年5-6月始实施品管圈干扰后在我院手术室内实施的612例首台手术看作观察组。科室成立品管圈小组,通过分析对照组首台手术未能如期开台的原因,制定各项整改措施对观察组进行干预。结果:实施品管圈前的对照组准时开台率为46.0%,实施品管圈后的观察组准时开台率为87.0%,观察组显著高于对照组。结论:在首台手术中实施品管圈管理能显著提高首台手术准时开台率。 Objective: To observe the application of quality control circle to improve the punctuality of the first surgery. Methods: In our hospital from November to December 2016, 568 cases of first surgery were selected as the control group treated without quality control circle. From April to May 2017, 612 cases of first surgery were selected as the observation group treated with quality control circle. The quality control circle group was built to lay down measures in the observation group by analyzing the reason that why the first surgery not be taken as scheduled. Results: The punctuality of the first surgery was 87.0% in the observation group, higher than 46.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle management can significantly improve the punctuality of the first surgery.
