血府逐瘀胶囊干预高校教师高脂血症的临床研究

A study on treating hyperlipidemia in university teachers with the Xuefu Zhuyu capsule

目的:为了观察和评价血府逐瘀胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:对北京工业大学医院2016年9月-2018年1月中医科门诊就诊且符合高脂血症诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予血府逐瘀胶囊,1次3粒,1日3次,饭后口服。对照组给予血脂康胶囊,1次2粒,1日2次,早晚饭后口服。疗程为2个月,观察1个疗程。治疗前后观察各组患者降脂疗效、中医证候积分、肝肾功能、血糖水平的改变情况。结果:两组治疗后血脂均有所下降,治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05或P <0.01);在改善患者的证候积分及证候疗效方面治疗组优于对照组(P <0.01)。安全性指标:血常规、尿常规、粪常规、血生化、常规12导联心电图等均无异常。两组患者在观察过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊治疗高脂血症患者,有显著的降脂疗效,并能改善患者临床症状,且临床应用安全性较好,无明显不良反应。

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu capsule (血府逐瘀胶囊) on hyperlipidemia. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the Xuefu Zhuyu capsule, 3 tablets one time, 3 times daily, after meals. The control group was given the Xuezhikang capsule (血脂康胶囊), 2 tablets one time, 2 times daily, after oral and early oral administration. Before and after treatment, the lipid-lowering efficacy, TCM syndrome score, liver and kidney function, blood glucose level were observed. Results: After treatment, the blood lipids in groups were decreased;that in the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.01). Safety indicators: blood routine, urine routine, fecal routine, blood biochemistry, routine 12-lead electrocardiogram were normal. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in groups. Conclusions: The Xuefu Zhuyu capsule(血府逐瘀胶囊) shows a remarkable effect, can reduce blood lipid and improve clinical symptoms, is good clinical safety and no obvious side effects.
