超声乳化加人工晶状体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract complicated with uveitis

目的:探讨超声乳化加人工晶状体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果分析。方法:将2017年2月-2018年2月在我院眼科治疗的94例葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯植入人工晶状体治疗,观察组采用超声乳化加人工晶状体植入治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、视力、眼压及晶体混浊程度、并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组的72.34%(P <0.05);观察组术后视力明显优于对照组,而眼压、晶体混浊程度明显降低(P <0.05);观察组角膜水肿、前房渗出、前房闪辉等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:超声乳化加人工晶状体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果显著,能有效降低眼压、改善晶体功能,提高视力,且并发症发生率低,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract complicated with uveitis. Methods: 94 patients with uveitis complicated with cataract who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with pure intraocular lens implantation, and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation, and the clinical efficacy, vision, intraocular pressure, crystal opacity and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%, which was significantly higher than 72.34% in the control group (P<0.05). Postoperative vision of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, while intraocular pressure and crystal opacity were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation had a significant clinical effect in treating cataract complicated with uveitis. It could effectively reduce intraocular pressure, improve crystal function, enhance vision, and had a low incidence of complications, which was of positive clinical significance.
