中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎患者的具体方法及效果分析

Analysis of specific methods and effects of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating patients with chronic bronchitis

目的:分析中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎患者的具体方法及效果。方法:对医院在2017年2月-2017年11月期间收治的60例慢性支气管炎患者,随机分组为研究组和对照组,两组中患者各分为30例。其中对照组慢性支气管炎患者使用常规方法治疗;研究组患者,应用中医辨证治疗,分析对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:研究组应用中医辨证治疗后,临床治疗总有效率达到96.7%;对照组总有效率80.0%,对比两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在临床治疗慢性支气管炎患者中,采取中医辨证治疗,能帮助患者减轻病痛,促进患者早日康复,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective: To analyze the specific methods and effects of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating patients with chronic bronchitis. Method: 60 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The study group received TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment reached 96.7% after the study group applied TCM syndrome differentiation. The total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%, and there were statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis, the adoption of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment could help patients alleviate pain, promote early rehabilitation of patients, and improve the clinical treatment effect.
