齐刺合闪罐治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of triple acupuncture combined with flash canal in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis

目的:探讨齐刺法为主合闪罐法治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效及应用价值。方法:将60例患者随机分为30例为治疗组,30例为对照组,其中治疗组采用齐刺法为主,配合闪罐治疗;对照组选择常规选穴合艾条灸足三里穴为主。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:齐刺法和闪罐治疗能有效治疗顽固性面瘫,疗效显著,值得进一步推广和临床研究。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of triple acupuncture combined with flash canal in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with of triple acupuncture combined with flash canal;the control group was treated with routine selection of acupuncture and moxa moxibustion at Zusanli. Results: The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The triple acupuncture and flash canal treatment could effectively treat intractable facial paralysis. The curative effect was significant and worthy of further promotion and clinical research.
