摘要
目的:探讨运动针法结合康复训练对肱骨近端骨折后期的功能恢复的影响。方法:将肱骨近端骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,对照组采用常规的神经肌肉电疗、康复训练及口服西乐葆治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加入运动针法,使用UCLA对两组患者治疗前、治疗后(1周、2周、4周)评估肩关节的功能、疼痛、向前侧屈曲活动度、前屈曲力量及病人满意度。结论:两组患者UCLA评分治疗前无明显差异(P> 0.05),治疗后4周与治疗前相比有显著差异(P <0.05),且治疗组评分明显高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论:非甾体药物结合神经肌肉电疗及康复训练有效改善肩关节的功能和疼痛等,但结合运动针法可缩短病程,提高疗效。
Objective: To explore the effect of exercise acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on functional recovery of proximal humerus fractures. Methods: Patients with proximal humeral fractures were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group, the control group received conventional neuromuscular electrotherapy, rehabilitation training and oral celebrex treatment, the treatment group received exercise acupuncture on the basis of treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment (1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks), UCLA was used to evaluate shoulder function, pain, anterior flexion activity, anterior flexion strength and patient satisfaction. Results: There was no significant difference in UCLA scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups at 4 weeks after treatment and before treatment (P<0.05), and the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Non-steroidal medicine combined with neuromuscular electrotherapy and rehabilitation training could effectively improve the function and pain of shoulder joints, combined with exercise acupuncture, it could shorten the course of disease and improve the curative effect.
