摘要 阐述了碳纤维复合材料结构特点以及应用现状。基于碳纤维复合材料大型壁板某构件,针对碳纤维复合材料在自动钻铆技术中的制孔工艺进行研究分析。对大型壁板在制孔工艺中存在的定位误差问题,进行了误差来源分析,基于"N-2-1"定位原则,通过Abaqus二次开发进行有限元分析的技术方法,有效降低产品定位误差。另外,结合碳纤维复合材料的结构特点,依据钻头的设计原则,设计了一种针对于碳纤维复合材料的新型钻头,通过仿真技术分析不同钻头的钻孔质量与磨损情况,指明这种钻头能够有效降低所制孔的缺陷情况,同时提高钻头的使用寿命。 In this paper,the structural characteristics of carbon fiber composite and its application status were described.The hole making process of automatic drilling and riveting technology was studied and analyzed for a certain component of carbon fiber composite large-wall siding.The formation of the positioning error for large wall during the process was further analyzed.Based on the“N-2-1”positioning principle,the error was effectively reduced by finite element analysis,i.e.a technical method from Abaqus secondary development.In addition,combined with the structural characteristics of carbon fiber composites,a new type of drill bit for carbon fiber composite materials was designed according to the design principle of drill bit.Analysis the drilling quality and wear of different drill bits from the simulation technology shows that the drill bit can be effective for reducing defects of the hole and improving service life of the drill.
