摘要
在目前国内外还未对火电厂厂用电率考核试验及其修正计算制定相关标准和规范的情况下,通过介绍印度某300 MW常规燃煤火电机组的厂用电率考核试验,找出了导致本项目厂用电率超标的关键影响因素,并创立了一种修正方法,对这些影响因素进行综合性修正计算。修正前的厂电率为9.074%,修正后的厂用电率为8.48%,满足合同8.51%的要求。
By introducing the guarantee test of Auxiliary Power Consumption Rate(APC Rate)for a 300MW conventional coal-fired thermal power project in India,this paper finds out the key factors leading to increment of APC rate.Due to unavailability of standard or code for APC Rate test and its correction calculation for thermal power plant,this paper develops and introduces a new methodology on correction calculation for the measured result of APC Rate.The raw APC rate measured is 9.074%,while the corrected rate is reduced to 8.48%,below the contractual guaranteed rate 8.51%.
