某燃煤电站取水工程泥沙淤积分析及防治措施 被引量:1

摘要 取水工程泥沙淤积严重影响火电厂的安全运行。本文以印尼某燃煤电站河水取水工程为实例,采用实测资料和理论计算对雨季和旱季引水渠道和泵房进水间泥沙淤积情况进行分析,并据此提出相应的防沙和清淤措施。分析结果表明雨季河水泥沙含量高,泥沙淤积严重;旱季泥沙含量低,但水深较浅。通过采用延长引水渠道和泵房进水间设置高、低位进水孔等措施,尽量让泥沙在引水渠道上沉淀而不进入泵房进水间,并定期对引水渠道及进水间进行清淤,保证取水安全性。此外在运行过程中还需不断监测河流水文资料,为今后电厂运行积累经验。 The sediment deposition of water intake project seriously affects the safe operation of power plant.This paper takes the water intake project of a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia as an example,based on the measured data and theoretical calculation,the sediment deposition of diversion channel and pump chamber in rainy and dry seasons is analyzed,and corresponding measures for sediment prevention and dredging are proposed.The result shows that the sediment content of river water is high and the sediment deposition is serious in rainy season,and the sediment content is low in dry season,but the water depth is also low.By means of measures such as extending the diversion channel and setting high and low water inlet holes in the pump chamber,sediment will be precipitated in the diversion channel rather than enter into the pump chamber,and silt should be cleared regularly to ensure the safe operation of water intake project.In addition,the hydrological data of the river should be constantly monitored during operation to accumulate experience for the operation of the power plant in the future.
