基于压差法的水泵水轮机模型径向水推力测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 确定水力机械径向力,对指导电站机组稳定安全运行有着重要意义。通过对径向力测试方法的研究对比,根据水力机械模型发展现状,本文采用压差法测量转动部件径向瓦内油压的变化,计算主轴作用于转动部件的径向力,从而得到水泵水轮机模型在旋转时产生的径向水推力,最后通过水推力系数进行原型换算。研究试验结果表明:在某项目水泵水轮机模型力特性试验中,将该方法测试得到的结果与CFD计算结果进行对比分析,并与较为成熟的测试方法进行比较,验证了该方法确定水泵水轮机模型径向水推力的合理性与准确性,在时间和经济方面减小了该项试验研发成本,效果显著。 Determine the hydraulic mechanical radial force is signifcant to keep the operation of the plant in stable and safe.Based on the research of the radial force test method,according to the current situation of the development of hydraulic machinery model,pressure differential method is used to measure the rotation parts radial tile in the change of oil pressure,calculation of the main shaft on the moving parts of radial force,when the pump turbine model is obtained in the rotating radial water thrust,finally through the radial thrust coefficient prototype conversion.Test results of study show that in a certain project force characteristic test of pump turbine model,the test results and the method of CFD calculation results were analyzed,and comparing with relatively mature testing methods.This method is proven to determine the pump turbine model radial thrust the rationality and accuracy of the water.It is benefit on in time and the economy reduce the development cost of the test and the effect is remarkable.
