摘要
通过对印度某2×600 MW火力发电站项目IBR(Indian Boiler Regulations)^([1])产品证书(以下简称:证书)所存在的问题进行分析,找出形成证书问题的原因,并提出规避证书问题出现的措施。
On the basis of analysis for the existing issues of the India Boiler Regulation(IBR)certificate in one typical 2×600MW thermal power plant project in India,this article is to find out the causes of these issues,and suggest the solution to avoid such issues.
