预制装配式PC结构关键节点深化研究

摘要 预制装配式PC结构单体预制率和构件预制种类的提高,使PC结构的关键节点增生,部分现有标准节点的不成熟缺陷,导致现场施工难度系数提高,延误工期,提升施工成本,易造成房屋渗漏水等一系列工程质量隐患。基于工程实例,通过对预制装配式PC结构的竖向连接、防渗水、钢筋绑扎及施工建造措施等关键节点进行着重深化研究并应用,解决了一系列的难题,取得了良好的经济及社会效益。 The prefabrication rate of the prefabricated PC structure and the types of the prefabricated components make the key nodes of the PC structure proliferate.And the immature defects of some existing standard nodes lead to improve the difficult coefficient of construction site,delay of construction period,increase construction cost,and easily cause a series of engineering quality hazards such as house leakage.Based on engineering examples,through the deep research and application of key nodes such as vertical connection,anti-seepage,steel banding and construction measures of the prefabricated PC structure,a series of problems have been solved,and a good benefit of economy and society have been achieved.
