Analysis on Construction Points of Cast-in-place Box Girder Bracket of No.2 Expressway in Huai'an City

结合工程实例,对淮安市快速路2标中的现浇箱梁支架的施工部署和施工组织方案进行了概述,提出了现浇箱梁支架的施工工艺和施工方法,对箱梁支架预压、支座安装、波纹管预埋、预应力张拉、孔道压浆等施工要点和质量控制进行了分析,有效保证了该工程项目的顺利竣工,减少了安全事故的出现,缩短了工期。

Based on the engineering example,the construction and construction scheme of the cast-in-place box girder in the 2nd standard of Huai'an Expressway are summarized.The construction technology and construction method of the cast-in-place girder bracket are proposed.The construction points and quality control of pressure,bearing installation,bellows pre-buried,prestressed tension,and channel grouting were analyzed.Practice has proved that this construction process and construction method effectively ensure the smooth completion of the project,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,shorten the construction period.
