In the process of people's daily residence and use,the building's own quality will be damaged to varying degrees due to various external environmental and natural factors as well as human factors.For all kinds of injuries in the building,it is necessary to carry out timely maintenance.Otherwise,it will cause huge losses in the long-term accumulation,which will bring serious life risks to people.In this case,the housing construction industry must supervise the maintenance of the building and the quality of the maintenance,so as to provide a safe living environment for people's lives.This paper analyzes the status quo of building maintenance and quality supervision and control,and studies the waterproof and seepage prevention technology in the maintenance of building construction,so as to study the measures to strengthen the maintenance of building construction and quality supervision,hoping to promote the housing construction industry in the future society.
