目前,建筑节能和绿色建筑事业虽然进展良好,但仍存在如未形成统一技术体系与标准体系等问题。因此,针对工程实际情况,从体系架构、顶层设计、指标体系设计、数据库构建、模型建立及仿真平台构建等方面,结合以往工作经验,提出建筑节能与绿色建筑模型系统的构建思路,为实际的模型系统构建工作提供一定的参考与借鉴,使其发挥应有的作用效果。
