牙周病患者应用单纯性牙周治疗与牙周正畸联合治疗的临床对比被引量：4

摘要目的对比牙周病应用牙周正畸联合治疗与单纯性牙周治疗效果。方法回顾性分析医院收治的86例牙周病患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组43例(单纯性牙周治疗)、观察组43例(牙周正畸联合治疗),评价不同方法疗效。结果两组治疗前后的探诊深度、牙冠长度、牙槽骨密度差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗前后的牙根长度对比无差异;差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙周病采用牙周正畸联合治疗效果优于单纯性牙周治疗,改善牙周效果更为显著,值得应用推广。
