水稻秸秆还田高产耕层构建试验初报 被引量:2

摘要 为构建适合辽宁地区的水稻高产耕层机械化作业模式,根据秸秆在耕层内的分布情况,设计秸秆全量还田机械化作业模式,并选择配套机具进行作业。试验结果表明:秸秆粉碎作业效果较好,1GK-210型旋耕机的旋耕埋茬作业效果优于1GLZ-230A型履带自走式旋耕机,不足之处是作业环节和机具下地次数多。 In order to construct the rice high yield tillage mechanization operation mode suitable for Liaoning area, according to the distribution of straw in the tillage layer, this paper designed the full amount of straw to return to the field mechanization operation mode, and selected the matching equipment for operation. The experimental results showed that the straw crushing operation was effective, and the rotary tillage and burying stubble operation of 1GK-210 rotator was better than that of 1GLZ-230A type caterpillar self-propelled rotator. However, the deficiency was that the operating link and the number of subsoil times of the equipment was more.
