Study on Improvement of Employment Quality of New-type Professional Farmers in Southern Guizhou

基于乡村振兴战略分析培养新型职业农民的必要性,根据黔南新型职业农民培养的要求和实践,以职业价值观为指导,从教育培训体系构建、专业人才培育等方面,探讨提高新型职业农民培养效果的措施,为提高新型专业农民的素质提供参考。

Based on the strategy ofrural rejuvenating analysis the necessity of cultivating new type of professional farmers, according to thetraining requirements and practice of new-type professional farmers, guided by the professional values, from the aspects of education training system construction, professional talents training, etc., this paper exploresthe measures to improve the effect of new farmers training, in order to provide reference to improve the quality of the new-type professional farmers.
