铝合金车体搭接塞焊结构有限元建模方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了建立一种适用于铝合金车体搭接塞焊结构的简化FE模型,基于ANSYS平台,建立了6种搭接塞焊结构的简化FE分析模型,并与全实体单元FE模型进行了比较分析。在此基础上提出了点焊集对塞焊结构进行离散的方法,结合ANSYS的APDL语言,给出点焊集自动化建模的源代码,并将其成功运用于某铝合金车体强度分析中。研究表明:使用该方法对搭接塞焊结构进行离散时,塞焊区域及远离塞焊孔区域的应力与全实体单元模型略有偏差,但相对误差不超过15%;在对大型搭接塞焊结构进行强度分析时,在保证其计算精度的前提下,采用文中方法可显著提高FE建模和仿真分析效率。 In order to establish a simplified finite element model for the lap plug welding structure of aluminum alloy body,the simplified finite element modelssix lap plug welding structures were establishedbased on ANSYS platform,and these simplified finite element models were analyzed compared with the wholesolid elements model.The method of discretizing the plug weld structure using the spot weld set was proposed on this basis.In addition,the source code of the automated modeling of spot weldset is given based on the APDL language of ANSYS,which is applied to the strength analysis of an aluminum alloy body successfully.This research showed that,the stresses in the plug-welded area and away from the plug-welded area are slightly different from that of the whole solid element model,but the relative errorsare less than 15%.In the analysis of the strength of the large lap plug welding structure,the efficiencies of FE modeling and simulation analysisare greatly improved by using the method in the context of ensuring the accuracy of the calculation.
