摘要
针对北京地铁昌平线发生的总风欠压导致车辆紧急制动的故障,进行详细的故障原因分析。空压机间歇起停导致压力上升缓慢和折返时候客流急剧变化的耗风增加是导致总风欠压原因。对空压机故障问题进行深入分析并进行产品优化;对列车折返时候的客流急剧变化导致总风欠压的现象进行制动系统参数设置的研究,为制动系统的优化设计和参数配置提供参考。
The train happened emergency brake in Beijing subway changping line because main pipe under pressure,this paper analyzes the rootcause of this failure.In the paper the reasons were analyzed carefully.The pressure rising slowly caused by the interval working of the air compressor and the raising of air consumption caused by the violent change of the load were the main reasons of the main pipe under pressure.Deep analysis was done to the interval working of the air compressor,and the critical part was optimized.To the raising of air consumption caused by the violent change of the load when train was turn-back,the different parameters of the brake system were researched.This research provided reference for the parameter setting and the optimal design of the brake system.
