湖南省城市高血压病患者住院费用对比分析

Analysis on the comparison of urban hypertensive hospitalization expenses in Hunan Province

[目的]对比分析湖南省综合医院和中医医院城市高血压病患者住院费用及其影响因素,为控制高血压病患者住院费用提供依据。[方法]收集湖南省长沙、岳阳、永州、衡阳综合医院和中医医院高血压病患者住院费用的基本构成情况,进行对比分析;采用多因素线性回归法对住院费用的影响因素进行分析。[结果]有效样本8312例,其中中医医院样本4695例(56%),综合医院样本3617例(44%)。住院费用的中位数分别为84808. 74元和6968. 405元。影响中医医院患者住院费用的主要因素是住院天数、支付方式、年龄;影响综合医院患者住院总费用的主要因素主要是支付方式和住院天数。[结论]综合医院的患者住院总费用大于中医医院的患者住院总费用;不同类型医院药品费占比均较高;住院费用随患者年龄的增加而增加;住院天数是影响住院费用增长的重要因素。

Objective Compare and analyze urban hypertensive hospitalization expenses and its influencing factors in general hospital and traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Hunan province so as to provide basis for controlling hypertensive hospitalization expenses. Methods It collected basic constitution of hypertensive hospitalization expenses in Changsha,Yueyang,Yongzhou,Hengyang general hospital and traditional Chinese medicine hospital,conducted comparison and analysis. It analyzed influencing factors of hospitalization expenses by multi factor linear regression method. Results There were 8312 valid samples,4695(56%)were from traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and 3617(44%)were from general hospital. Median of hospitalization expenses was 84,808.74 and 6968.405 yuan respectively. Main factors of influencing hospitalization expenses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital were hospitalization days,payment mode and age. Main factors of influencing hospitalization expenses in general hospital were hospitalization days and payment mode. Conclusions Patients hospitalization total expenses in general hospital is more than its in traditional Chinese medicine hospital. The proportion of pharmaceutical cost in different type hospital is higher. Hospitalization expenses is increasing with patients age. Hospitalization day is the key factor of influencing hospitalization expenses increasing.
