摘要
[目的]了解某三级专科医院护理人员心理资本现状,并探寻心理资本的影响因素,进而提出建议与对策。[方法]对该医院护理人员进行问卷调查。[结果]医院护理人员心理资本总体状况较好,各维度发展较平衡,"乐观"的得分相对较低;个体特征中,不同年龄、学历、出生地护理人员心理资本差异有统计学意义;职业特征中,不同编制、职务护理人员心理资本差异有统计学意义。[结论](1)该医院护理人员心理资本中等偏上,尚有进一步开发的空间。(2)管理者在心理资本干预上应重点关注年龄、学历、出生地、编制、是否任职5个因素。
Objective To know current situation of nurses'' psychological capital in a Grade-A tertiary specialized hospital,explore influencing factors of psychological capital,and then put forward suggestions and countermeasures. Methods Investigated the hospital s nurses' with questionnaire. Results The Overall condition of nurses' psychological capital was good,the development of each dimension was balanced,the optimism was lower than others. In personal feature,there was statistically significant difference in psychological capital such as age,education and birthplace. Conclusions 1. The nurses' psychological capital in that hospital is above-average,and there is still space for further development. 2. Managers should focus on five factors on of psychological capital intervention such as age,education,birthplace,personnel allocation and whether officeholding.
