中国特色社会主义进入新时代是高校学生工作发展面临的新的历史方位。围绕立德树人根本任务,新时代高校学生工作应更加关注以人为本的价值诉求。但是在实际工作中,高校学生工作以人为本的价值诉求存在一定困境,需要及时破解。新时代高校学生工作应坚持学生教育培养的主体性、思想性、创新性和综合性,激发学生适应新时代的自觉意识,培育学生建设新时代的思想内涵,发掘学生贡献新时代的创新能力,优化学生融入新时代的综合素质,努力培养契合新时代中国特色社会主义发展需要的合格建设者和可靠接班人。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This means a new historical juncture for the development of college student management work.Given the fundamental task of strengthening morality education,college student management work in the new era should pay more attention to the human-oriented value demand.However,in the practical work,the human-oriented value demand encounters certain problems that need to be addressed in time.In the new era,college student management work should adhere to the subjective,ideological,innovative and comprehensive nature of student education,fully motivating students' consciousness to adapt to the new era,fully stimulating students' initiatives to build the new era,fully developing students' innovation capacity to contribute to the new era,and fully cultivating students' comprehensive quality to integrate with the new era,so as to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors that meet the demands of socialist development with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
