Health Commission of Zhejiang Province has tightly seized “the key trifles”,such as the obstacles,in. efficiencies of difficulty in seeking medical treatment and the weakness in the grassroots ’ public health service, by adopting the “speed accelerating” idea, style and efficiency to cure the “pain points”, take down “difficult points” and unlock the“blockage points”in public health system,and provides people with the proximity,time saving and effi. ciency of medical service to promote a new medical treatment model of being safer,more convenient,communication efficient and experience comfortable in order to improve the satisfaction and the sense of gaining for the people seeking medical service.
