基于DRGs和RBRVS的手术病人术前风险评估体系构建

Exploration of Preoperative Risk Assessment System for Surgical Patients Based on DRGs and RBRVS

手术风险普遍存在,但目前我国并没有一套完善、统一的术前风险评估标准体系。本研究将手术风险归为3个部分:疾病复杂程度、手术自身难度、患者身体因素,以胃癌根治术为例,分别采用DRGs权重(RW值)、RBRVS中W-RVU点值及德尔菲法对患者身体因素赋值评估患者手术风险,探讨建立术前定量衡量手术风险体系的方法。

Surgical risks are common. However,there is no perfect and unified preoperative risk assessment stan. dard system in China. Surgical risk is divided into three parts:disease complexity, difficulty of operation itself and pa. tients’physical factors. Through taking radical gastrectomy for example,DRGs weight(RW value),W-RVU value in RBRVS and Delphi method are used to evaluate patients’surgical risk,and to explore the method of establishing preopera. tive quantitative evaluation of surgical risk system.
