摘要
目前大型研究型医院的科研平台建设中广泛存在投入不足,资源分散,人员结构不合理,管理落后等问题。研究通过构建PEST-SWOT模型,分析政府和社会资本合作模式在研究型医院科研平台建设中的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,探索PPP模式在医院科研平台建设中的可行性,为在医院科研平台建设中引入政府和社会资本合作模式提供理论依据。
At present, several problems remain in the research platform construction of large research hospitals, such as insufficient investment,scattered resources,unreasonable personnel structure and backward management. By constructing PEST-SWOT model,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of PPP model in the con. struction of research platform for research hospitals were analyzed. The feasibility of PPP model in the construction of re. search platform is explored,to provide theoretical basis for the introduction of PPP model in the construction of research platform in hospital.
