Stigma Towards Chinese Doctors:Concept,Causes and Logic

当前,中国医患关系日益恶化,极端暴力伤医事件不断涌现,愈演愈烈的医患冲突反而使得医生被贴上了黑化的"标签"。重塑医生职业形象,建立健康的医患关系已迫在眉睫。研究采用方便式抽样方法,在一家三甲医院抽取10余名医生以及对社会公众进行面对面的非结构式访谈。结果显示,医疗体制规制不健全、医院管理不科学、患者缺乏信任、医生人文缺失及社会媒体偏颇报道等可能会导致中国医生被污名化。投入不足与规制不全,此为体制之殇;公益缺失与管理粗放,此为医院之责;期望过高与缺乏理性,此为患者之过;忙于应对与人文缺失,此为医生之错;缺乏公正与操守失位,此为媒体之祸。

Currently,the doctor-patient relationship is increasingly deteriorating in China. An increasing number of extremely violent incidents caused by the patients in hospitals setting across country wide. The reputation of doctor has worsened along with growing conflicts between the doctors and patients. It is urgent to rebuild the professional reputa. tion of doctors and establish a healthy doctor-patient relationship. In the study,a convenient sampling method was used through unstructured face-to-face interviews with recruitting more than ten doctors and members of public at a tertiary general hospital. The results showed that the imperfect medical system regulation,unscientific hospital management, distrust of the patients,humanistic deficiency of the doctors,untrue reports on social medias and so on could lead to the stigma towards Chinese doctors. Various aspects issues need to be solved,such as lacking investment and incom. plete regulation on the aspect of system,lacking public interest and extensive development of hospital management,ex. orbitant expectation and irrational senses of patients,busy response and insufficient humanism of doctors,lacking jus. tice and integrity of media.
