摘要
目的对某三甲医院外科病房开展护理岗位动态管理,对管理效果进行分析与评价,旨在提高外科护士护理工作质量和工作积极性。方法对外科病房76名护士开展岗位动态管理,对护士人力资源配置、绩效、患者满意度、护士满意度等指标进行考核,对岗位动态管理效果进行评价。结果在外科病房实施护理岗位动态管理后,与管理前相比,患者就医环境改善,医患关系良好,人力成本降低,患者满意度、护士满意度均显著增加(P<0.05)。结论开展岗位动态管理,人力资源得到有效利用,能够增强外科护士临床工作的积极性,取得了明显的临床效果,是一次有益的尝试。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of the dynamic management of nursing posts in surgical wards of one 3A hospital,in order to improve the quality and enthusiasm of nursing work of surgical nurses. Methods Dynamic post management was used to 76 nurses in the surgical ward of the hospital. The human resource allocation, perfor. mance,patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction of nurses were assessed,and the effect of dynamic post manage. ment was evaluated. Results Compared with the pre-management,the dynamic post management in the surgical ward of the hospital improved the patient’s medical environment,improved the doctor-patient relationship,reduced the cost of manpower,and significantly increased the patient’s satisfaction and nurse’s satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic post management can lead to effective utilization of human resources,enhance the enthusiasm of surgical nurses in clini. cal work and achieve obvious clinical results,which is a beneficial attempt.
