Exploration on the Role of Grassroots Party Organizations in the Management System of Modern Hospitals

在深化医疗卫生体制改革、推进健康中国战略的大背景下,阐述了基层党组织在公立医院改革发展的重要作用,总结了基层党组织在现代医院管理制度中的表现形式,并提出了进一步加强公立医院党的建设的策略建议:坚持"围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展",完善党委领导下的院长负责制的决策机制,不断提支部书记的岗位胜任能力。

Under the background of deepening the reform of medical and health system and promoting the healthy China’s strategy,the important role of grassroots party organizations in the reform and development of public hospitals is expounded,the manifestations of grassroots party organizations in the modern hospital management system are summa. rized,and strategies of further strengthening public institutions are proposed. The strategy suggestions for the construc. tion of the party in the hospital are proposed,including adhering to“catching the party building around the center,doing a good job in party building and promoting development”;improving the decision-making mechanism of the president’s re. sponsibility system under the leadership of the party committee;and constantly improving the post competency of the secretary of the branch.
