Manifold is a very common key equipment and facilities for offshore oil platforms.This paper analyzes the examples of domestic offshore platform engineering projects,and elaborates on the complex form design of replacing multiple valve connections in the internal pipeline of traditional manifolds with DBB double ball valves.Optimized design of the oil platform manifold skid.Emphasis is placed on its application advantages and promotion value in reducing the material cost of the project,reducing the weight of the pipe,reducing the construction period,saving the cost of the construction link and improving the quality of the life cycle of the management products.
